One of the UK’s leading independent insurance brokers and employee benefits consultants has an opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant. The Employee Benefits Consultant will provide Pension, Group Risk and Healthcare benefits expertise to corporate clients and to do so in accordance with the company’s procedures. There is an existing client bank to manage as well as a good source of new opportunities. The successful Employee Benefits Consultant will need to clearly demonstrate an ability to win new business and a strategy for actively developing business from clients by promoting existing and additional lines of business and securing referrals for new corporate clients. You will need to develop professional relationships with each client and understand their needs and objectives. You will contribute, as a member of the Employee Benefits team, to the smooth running of the department and the achievement of its objectives.
