CANDIDATES
Your most precious commodity is your career. We’ll help it grow.
We build a detailed understanding of your professional and personal qualities
First, your CV is thoroughly examined to assess your suitability for a role. An initial telephone conversation is followed by an in-depth interview held at our offices if geographically possible.
You will be methodically screened to understand your personal details, profile of work, education and employment history. We also determine personality, interests, and interpersonal skills, attitudes to work, career goals and objectives. This is essential in giving us a complete understanding of how you would like to be presented.
Once we jointly agree that you are still interested and appropriate, your details will only then be submitted to the client(s), in a professional format. Your CV - your choice who sees it.
We coach you on interview technique, and take you right through to the offer and beyond
At the interview stage we offer free-of-charge interview coaching sessions to all individuals. This invaluable service is tailored specifically to the actual role and focuses on interview style, questioning and body language.
At the offer stage, our consultants are on hand to assist with any negotiations regarding the terms of an offer.
All of our Consultants are flexible enough to talk to you outside of working hours if this is more convenient.
